Vegan Overnight Oats

HARRY KIRTON’S OVERIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

serving size 1

Whole jumbo oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp flaxseeds
1 banana
Pumpkin or sunflower seeds Pecans

1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp blackberry compote Splash coconut milk

  • Half to three-quarters fill a 1 qt Mason jar with oats, the chia seeds and flaxseeds. Add water until the oats are just covered. Leave overnight.
  • When you are ready for breakfast, add your choice of fresh fruit and nut toppings, jam and almond butter, plus a little splash of coconut milk.
