Whole jumbo oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp flaxseeds
Pumpkin or sunflower seeds Pecans
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp blackberry compote Splash coconut milk
- Half to three-quarters fill a 1 qt Mason jar with oats, the chia seeds and flaxseeds. Add water until the oats are just covered. Leave overnight.
- When you are ready for breakfast, add your choice of fresh fruit and nut toppings, jam and almond butter, plus a little splash of coconut milk.
