Matcha Dream Smoothie

If you’re into teas and want to try something new for Spring/Summer lockdown.. This is probably one of my top rated smoothie recipes.

Quick, easy and delicious! Not to mention super nutritious and gives you a steady energy boost that will make you feel soo good!

Most of the time I just eye the ingredient amounts so if you need to make adjustments for taste preferences, please do!

I doubled the recipe to make a larger amount yielding 4


serving size 2

  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Pitted Dates
  • 1/2 Cashews
  • 1 Tbls Coconut Manna
  • 2 tsp Matcha powder
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk

Add all ingredients into blender, blend, and enjoy!
