Healthy breakfast! Deliciously filling Pancakes!

OKAY! Before I begin let me tell you a little about this delicious breakfast. I have a major sweet tooth and trying to choose a healthy breakfast can be kind of hard especially when you’re on the go all the time. So I stumbled across this amazing Instagram and a lovely lady shared her breakfast concoction with me. This is my own little concoction but its pretty much the same principles. You can sub for your favorite fruits and protein excreta. They are delicious!  

Apple Berry Cinnamon Pancakes

with Banana Coconut Vanilla Cream 
1/3 Cup of Oats
1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 Cup of grated Apple
1/8 Cup of Blackberries
1/8 Cup of Raspberries
2 generous Tbsp of Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp of Psyllium husk
 1 Tsp of cinnamon 
Dash of vanilla extract 
2 Egg Whites
Blend until smooth ! Preheat pan with coconut oil on high, once it’s hot keep it on medium heat.  Makes 4 small pancakes 
it takes a bit to cook so be patient
 
Banana Coconut Vanilla Cream
4Tbsp Greek Yogurt
 1 small Banana
1  1/2 Tsp shredded coconut
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein 
Touch of almond milk
Blend until smooth, make this first then stick in freezer while pancakes cook.
Layer between pancakes add sliced strawberries and sprinkle walnuts.
Enjoy!!!
